We will provide links to all items included with your finished styles. (This will include any applicable discount/coupon codes.) These links are to be used by you to purchase the items.. this is solely a personal styling service and does not include personal shopping.
All styling services are non-refundable. Winterland Boutique is not responsible for any items that are out of stock with the vendor. Availability is confirmed at the time your looks are curated.
Low Priority: Please allow up to 7 business days for links and looks delivery.
High Priority: 1-3 Business Day Delivery.
You will receive a confirmation email for your records. Within 24 business hours you will receive an additional email which will contain a link to a form that MUST be submitted within 4 hours upon receiving. This form will collect your sizes, information about the occasion/event, your budget for the entire look, and details about your likes/dislikes. This form is so that we can style you in items that you feel fabulously confident in. Our styling services are not negotiable, so if you fail to submit this form within 4 hours of placing your order, we reserve the right to refuse a re-style. (Re-styles are not guaranteed!) In addition, the styling delivery timeframe does not begin until we have received the consultation form.
