Shipping Policy
Winterland Boutique is not responsible for orders that are unreceived, but were marked as delivered by the carrier. Route Shipping Protection is available for all orders, and is pre-selected at checkout. If you de-select and refuse this protection, you are accepting full responsibility for your package. If your items are lost/stolen/damaged, you alone are responsible for contacting the carrier and filing a claim. Winterland Boutique WILL NOT issue a refund, nor a store credit in instances where the customer refused shipping protection and the item was marked as delivered.
The ability to require signature upon delivery can be requested after checkout. The customer will be invoiced for the applicable shipping difference.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are deemed “high risk” during checkout prior to shipment.
Once orders have been processed for shipment they are no longer eligible for cancellation and refund.
You must enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If orders are shipped to the incorrect address due to your entry error we are not held liable and will not issue any store credits/refunds.
International Shipments
Duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser upon delivery. Winterland Boutique is not responsible for these fees assessed. For orders that exceed $50 (international) duty and custom fees will be required to be paid prior to shipment from our warehouse.
Please refer to your local customs for any clarification or questions you may have on these possible additional fees. Refunds will not be provided for orders that were deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to custom fees and duties not being paid for by the customer. When purchasing from Winterland Boutique you are aware of these terms and conditions.
