Shipping Policy


If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS directly. Winterland Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Thus, we do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered

The ability to require signature upon delivery can be requested after checkout. The customer will be invoiced for the applicable shipping difference.

 

Shipping updates may lag due to the USPS/UPS tracking websites. It can take up to 24+ hours for status updates on the website. This does not mean your package has not been shipped.
Shipping delivery timeframes are an estimate. This timeframe may also vary due to location and the shipping option you selected during checkout. 
All fees are automatically calculated as per the USPS/UPS we have no control over the shipping fees accessed.
To report a package lost or stolen please contact the USPS or UPS directly. Winterland Boutique has no control over items lost or stolen during. 
Orders over $350 will be shipped with signature required. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse / populate incorrect shipping information for any shipments from Winterland Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.
This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
You will be refunded for your returned merchandise within 1 week of the item being returned to our show room.
