If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service or UPS directly. Winterland Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Thus, we do not issue store credit for packages that state being delivered by the carrier.
The ability to require signature upon delivery can be requested after checkout. The customer will be invoiced for the applicable shipping difference.
We hold to right to cancel any orders that are deemed “high risk” during checkout prior to shipment.
Once orders have been processed for shipment they are no longer eligible for cancellation and refund.
You must enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If orders are shipped to the incorrect address due to your entry error we are not held liable and will not issue any store credits/refunds.
Duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser upon delivery. Winterland Boutique is not responsible for these fees assessed. For orders that exceed $50 (international) duty and custom fees will be required to be paid prior to shipment from our warehouse.
Please refer to your local customs for any clarification or questions you may have on these possible additional fees. Refunds will not be given for orders that were deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to custom fees and duties not being paid for by the customer.
