REFUND/RETURNS POLICY


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return for store credit by emailing us at CS@winterlandboutique.com

Damages/defects need to be reported within 3 days of your package being delivered.

Eligible returns must be reported/initiated within 7 days of your package being delivered.

Approved returns need to be received back at the warehouse within 14 days of delivery (as per the USPS/UPS timeline).

To be eligible for an store credit, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged and soiled. Merchandise must be in a condition ready for resale.

We provide store credit via email gift card once the shipment has been received to the warehouse and inspected. If the above allotted days have been exceeded no store credit will be issued. We do not provide refunds.

Non-exchangeable items include:
Sale items, Gift cards, Accessories, Intimates and Body suits.

The customer is responsible for returning the products to the showroom and for the new shipping fees. * Unless a defective item was shipped initially *

Shipping fees are non refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Your return must be trackable.

Please Note: ALL items are inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality however we are aware that things do happen!
International Shipping *
Any orders that are deemed undeliverable due to duties/fees not being paid or incorrect address are NOT eligible for store credit.
