No exchanges or returns will be accepted.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return for store credit by emailing us at CS@winterlandboutique.com. We are no longer accepting exchanges. You will have to repurchase the requested item with your store credit once your item has been received and a store credit has been issued.
Damages/defects need to be reported within 3 days of your package being delivered.
Eligible returns must be reported/initiated within 7 days of your package being delivered.
Approved returns need to be received back at the warehouse within 14 days of delivery (as per the USPS/UPS timeline).
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it. We do not accept merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged and/or soiled. Merchandise must be in a condition ready for resale.
We provide store credit via email gift card once the shipment has been received to the warehouse and inspected. If the above allotted days have been exceeded no store credit will be issued. We do not provide refunds.
Non-returnable items include:
Sale items, Gift cards, Accessories, custom orders, pre order items, t-shirts, Intimates and bodysuits.
The customer is responsible for returning the products to the showroom. * Unless a defective item was shipped initially *
Shipping fees are non refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.
We reserve the right to refuse any return.
Your return must be sent by a trackable shipping service as you are required to provide this information to customer service during your return. In addition, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your shipment.
