Pre-Order Terms & Conditions:

The below Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Winterland Boutique LLC. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Winterland Boutique products. By submitting your pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Items being sold on a pre-order status, means that it has an extended processing window. By completing your checkout for the aforementioned items, you agree to the following conditions:

  1. Processing Timeframe: This item is not subject to the current posted order processing window. [View our current order processing here] Your order will be shipped within the timeframe specified in the description of the selected pre-order item. Please keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or any Federal holiday in which the USPS is closed. If you contact us regarding your order status and your item is still within the processing window, we will refer you back to this page to review pre-order terms and conditions.
  2. Pre-Order Reservation: When placing a pre-order for Winterland Boutique products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Winterland Boutique shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the accuracy of your shipping information. You acknowledge that Winterland Boutique may decline or delay shipments to avoid loss as it deems appropriate. We will make efforts to contact you regarding your pre-order, and if we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, we will issue a refund via Store Credit that will expire within 1 year from the date of issue. (365 days) You agree to not file any disputes with your bank.
  3. Cancellations: Orders containing pre-ordered items cannot be canceled. You agree to not file a dispute with your bank/card processor. If you place your order via Facebook or Instagram, you agree not to file a dispute with Facebook/Instagram. 
  4. Pre-Order Shipping Policies: Orders that contain mixed products (some items are pre-ordered, some are in stock) will ship in full once all items have been received. We will, at our discretion, occasionally ship in-stock items before receiving the pre-order items.
  5. Pre-Populated Shipping Labels: We routinely pre-populate shipping labels in advance of the actual shipment date. If you use the Shop App, you will be prematurely notified that your order has been shipped. This is inaccurate. When you receive a shipment notification email directly from Winterland Boutique, you can then allow 48-72 hours to see your order in transit. If you shop with Winterland Boutique via Facebook or Instagram, you will prematurely receive a notification that your pre-ordered items have shipped. Please allow the full processing time as posted above to elapse before contacting us regarding your shipment status.
  6. Non-Transferable: Orders containing pre-ordered items are non-transferable. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been placed and confirmed. All orders will ship directly to the customer and address as submitted at the time the order is placed. As such, we are unable to entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
